摘要
用硫酸铝改性纳米二氧化钛制备复鞣剂,并用于蓝湿皮的复鞣。系统研究了硫酸铝用量、干燥温度以及改性纳米二氧化钛用量对蓝湿皮复鞣后的浅色作用的影响。结果表明,硫酸铝用量为TiO2质量的3.0%(以Al2O3计)、干燥温度为80℃、改性纳米二氧化钛复鞣剂的用量为9.0%时,能有效地减弱铬鞣革的蓝色,可用于制造浅色革。
A retanning agent was prepared by modification of nano-titania using aluminium sulfate, and its retanning property for wet blue was investigated. The effects of Al2O3 dosage in modification, dryig temperature of product and offer of the modified nano-titania in retanning on the color of the retanned leather was studied. It was found that the optimal modification conditions of nano-titania as following that the dosage of Al2O3 was 3.0% based on TiO2 (wt%), and the drying temperature of product was 80 ℃. When the offer of modified nano-titania was 9.0%, the blue color of wet blue was greatly reduced after retanning. The potential application of the modified nano-titania in making light color leather can be expected.
