纳米SiO_2季铵盐衍生物用于皮革抗菌涂饰 被引量:6

摘要 将不同质量的纳米SiO2季铵盐衍生物抗菌材料添加到聚氨酯光亮层涂饰配方中做膜,检验纳米SiO2季铵盐衍生物抗菌材料对膜的物理机械性能的影响;将不同质量的纳米SiO2季铵盐衍生物抗菌材料添加到聚氨酯光亮涂饰配方中进行皮革光亮涂饰,检验成革的手感、色泽和颜色摩擦牢度的变化。实验结果表明:添加纳米SiO2季铵盐衍生物抗菌材料后,与未添加的膜相比,色泽无变化,平滑度有轻微的降低,抗张强度和伸长率变化不大;与未添加的涂饰革相比,表面平滑度和色泽无变化,耐干、湿擦牢度略有下降,但经升温热处理后,这种变化消失。 The physical and mechanical properties of the films were explored, which was synthesized by polyurethane gloss finishing agent(PGF)and nano--silica derivative with quaternary ammonioum group (NSDQA). The hand, the color and the color fastness of the leather which were top finished by PGF with different mass of NSI)QA were evaluated. Comparing to the film without NSDQA, the results indicated that the color of films is the ,same; smoothness decreased a little with NSDQA. The films tensile strength and elongation had no obvious changes. In addition, comparing with the no NSDQA top finished leather, it was found that the smoothness and color of the leather top finished with NSDQA changed little. The resistance to dry and wet rubbing decreased a little, however after being heated, the changes of dry and wet fast-rubbing were invisible.
