摘要
近年来,从高校和科研院所选拔优秀在站博士后到地方党政机关挂职锻炼模式引起了社会的广泛关注。如何树立科学发展观,开创工科博士后高层次人才队伍建设新局面,已成为当前高校和地方政府的一项重要任务。博士后挂职锻炼,不仅找到了施展才华的新舞台,更重要的意义在于,开拓了如何吸引、培养、使用高层次人才的新途径,实现教育生产力可持续发展。
In the recent years, extensive social attention has been paid to the training pattern in temporary position for the outstanding in-station post-doctors selected for universities & research institutes to work in local governmental departments. Ways to establish the scientific conception of development and to open up a new phase in the building of the high-class talent contingent of technological post-doctors have currently become the important task of the universities and local government. Post-doctors' training in temporary positions has not only found them new stages to demonstrate their talents, but, more importantly , has also opened up a new way to attract, train and use the High-Class talents so as to realize the sustained development of education as productivity. Long-term institutionalization should be constructed in terms of the trainingship in temporary for in-station technological post-doctors, which will serve well the production of the highclass versatile managerial personnel.
