胺碘酮治疗室性期前收缩150例体会

目的评价胺碘酮治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法对2006～2007年间辽宁省鞍山市第四医院内科收治的150例室性期前收缩患者，均给予胺碘酮口服，对其有效性，安全性等进行观察，每日监测心电图。结果140例患者室性期前收缩消失，6例患者室性期前收缩减少，有效率97.3％（146／150）。结论胺碘酮治疗室性期前收缩效果显著，短期小剂量服用副作用小。
