Current Situations of Physical Education Teachers of Middle and Primary Schools in the West of China and Proposals for Their Development

就少数民族地区体育师资目前的人数与质量现状给予剖析，探讨少数民族地区学校对学生进行终身体育思想教育所面临的体育师资问题，并阐述了今后少数民族地区学校体育师资队伍发展的途径。

The current situations of the present number and quality of physical education teachers in minorityareas were analyzed. The problems of PE teachers, with which schools in minority areas were faced in teaching the pupils and students to carry ollt lifetime physical education, were approached. And ways to further develop the PE teacher troop in minority areas were presented.
