摘要
将72只BALB/C雄性小鼠随机分为静息组、给药静息组、运动组、给药加运动组、游泳力竭至死组、给药力竭至死组。共给药四周,每天游泳时间30min。结果显示,药物和训练均能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应,给药组PFC明显增加,训练加给药组小鼠牌淋巴细胞分泌IL-2水平明显高于其它组。训练加给药组小鼠体重低于其它组,其游泳衰竭至死时间却明显长于对照组。
72 BALB/C male mice were randomly divided into 6 groups the control rest group, the controlrest group with the administration of gynostemma pentaphlla compound preparation, the exercise group, theadministrative exercise group, the swimming from exhaustion to death group and the administrative swim-ming from exhaustion to death group. They were administered for 4 weeks with swimming 3O minutes a day.The results showed that medicine and exercise promote the multiplicative reaction of spleen lymphocytes inmice. The PFC increased remarkably in the administrative groups. The excretion level of lL-2 from spleenlymphocytes of the mice in the administrative exercise group was remarkably higher than that in the othergroups. The body weights of the mice in the administrative exercise group were less than those in the othergroups, but the duration from swimming exhaustion to death was longer than that in the control group.
