摘要
针对圆环链热处理中频加热电源控制电路参数整定和调节比较困难、温度控制不够精确等缺点,设计了一套新型的中频加热系统。该系统集触发、控制、显示、上位机通讯于一体,实现了恒温度控制。系统满足工业生产要求,还可用于对现有的圆环链热处理系统进行智能化改造。
In accordance with the shortcomings of control circuit board applied on the round link chain heat treatment as adjustment difficulty of parameters, low accuracy of temperature control, a new type medium-frequency induction system for round link chain is developed. The system integrates the functions of trigger, control, display and communication with computer, and realized the constant temperature control, satisfies the need of industrial manufacture, and can also be used to reform the existing medium-frequency induction system for round link chain.
