摘要
基于低密度聚乙烯泡沫包装缓冲材料的静态压缩试验,在不同密度、不同应变率试验条件下,对聚乙烯应力应变特性进行了研究。在Sherwood和Frost模型的基础上,建立了低密度聚乙烯泡沫塑料衬垫的压缩本构关系模型,最后用数值计算方法识别了模型参数,结果表明误差在2%~4%左右。
Based on experimental data of quasi-static compression and dynamic compression of low density plyethylene foamed plastics, the influence of different density and different strain rate on the stressstrain characteristics was studied. The constitutive relation of low density plyethylene foamed plastics under compression was established based on Sherwood--Frost model. The model parameters were determined with numerical calculation method, and the error was about 2%-4%.
