摘要
针对数控铣削编程中反复设置加工参数问题,通过建立UG/CAM加工模板,优化数控编程的工作流程,同时研究了利用铣削模板加工金属薄壳包装容器方法,并结合实际工件进行了验证,结果显示对提高数控编程效率有很大的指导作用。
To solve the problem of repeatedly setting the processing parameter in the numerical control milling programming, the UG/CAM processing template was established to optimize the working flow of numerical control programming. The method of processing thin shell container by using the milling template was developed and verified by an example of processing a part. The result showed that the method can provide much instruction to enhance the numerical control programming efficiency.
