摘要
应用二级模糊综合评判和层次分析相结合的方法对印刷色彩质量进行评价。选择影响印刷色彩质量的性能参数作为模糊综合评判的因素集,建立因素之间的递阶层次结构。利用灰关联分析法确定各种性能参数对印刷色彩质量的影响程度,利用Saaty l-9标度法对各因素进行两两比较构造判断矩阵,通过计算判断矩阵的特征向量确定各因素的相对权重。然后分别通过一级和二级模糊综合评判,根据最大隶属度原则,确定印刷品等级。研究结果表明,模糊层次分析法可以用来考虑影响印刷色彩质量的多种因素及因素间的相互关系,客观确定各种因素对印刷品色彩质量的影响权重,评价结果能够细致划分印刷品等级。
Two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to evaluate printing color quality. Property parameters were selected to constitute alternative sets. Structural hierarchy among alternatives was established. Influences of property parameters on color quality were determined through grey correlation analysis. Comparison matrixes were constituted by pairwise comparison according to Saaty 1-9 scales. The relative weights between alternatives were determined by calculating the eigenvectors of comparison matrixes. First-stage fuzzy evaluation and second-stage fuzzy evaluation were carried out. The color grades of each printing were determined according to maximum membership degree principle. The result showed that the influence alternatives of printing color and their relationships can be considered by fuzzy AHP evaluation method. The weighting coefficients of each alternative can be objectively calculated. The grades of printings can be classified finely.
