缝隙连接蛋白43在人食管胃连接部的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)在人食管胃连接部的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取高位食管中段癌患者8例,在行根治性食管癌切除食管胃吻合术时切除食管胃连接部,分离出食管下括约肌的套索纤维和钩状纤维,以及部分下段食管环行肌和胃底环行肌,应用Westernblot法检测Cx43在各环行平滑肌中的表达水平。结果下段食管环行肌和胃底环行肌之间Cx43的表达水平没有差异(153.77±13.54与139.34±16.54,P〉0.05),套索纤维和钩状纤维平滑肌细胞之间Cx43表达量也没有差异(259.01±16.70与303.32±22.02,P〉0.05);但套索纤维和钩状纤维平滑肌细胞Cx43的表达水平高于下段食管和胃底环行肌的表达水平(P〈0.05)。结论人食管下括约肌的套索纤维、钩状纤维以及下段食管和胃底环行肌中Cx43的表达水平不同。
