基于电子政务的IT企业盈利模式研究

随着IT行业的快速发展与竞争加剧,IT企业如何结合行业特性,构造出适合自身特点的盈利模式至关重要。由于我国基础设施领域逐步向社会开放,公用事业民营化已成为加快我国基础设施建设的重要模式。IT企业通过与政府相关部门的合作,在电子政务领域获得政府相应的特许经营权,把企业原来单一的B to G或C模式(即电子商务模式)转变为B+G to C模式(即电子政务模式),使企业从设备提供商、系统集成商转变为设备运营商,在为企业实现利润最大化的同时为政府实现社会效益的最大化,从而最终实现政府与企业的双赢。

With the rapid development and intensifying competition of IT industry, it is critical to reconstruct the business model for the enterprises combined with the features of enterprise and industry. After analyzing the demands of government departments and IT enterprises to put the electronic government affairs into effect, the article tries to reconstruct a new business model. Then with the B/C method, it points out that the new business model can realize the sustainable development of the enterprise, and achieve the win-win of the enterprise and the government ultimately.
