摘要
目的:对1998年至2007年10年来关于农村教师心理健康的研究进行评价总结。方法:搜索国内10年来借助症状自评量表(SCL-90)来研究农村教师心理健康的研究文献,对其结果进行多水平分析技术的元分析。结果:在与国内常模的对照中,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性5个因子的95%可信限(95%C I)均未包括"0";在性别因素上,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖4个因子的95%可信限未包含"0";在"已婚—未婚"对照中,各因子的95%可信限未包含"0"。结论:农村教师心理健康水平较城市教师偏低,女性农村教师心理健康状况较男性差;已婚农村教师的心理健康水平较未婚者差。
Objective:To review studies of the last 10 years studies on the Rural Area teacher mental health. Method: Multi-level statistic method is used to analyze the 10 - year papers of Rural area teacher mental health with the aid of SCL - 90 from 1998 to 2007. Results: On some SCL -90 factors, the difference between rural area teacher group and chinese norm had statistical significance. In gender and the marital status comparison, every studies result has higher compatibility. Conclusion:The Rural area teachers reported lower mental health than the Chinese norm did.
