摘要 职业认同是辅导员职业发展的心理基础,文章分析了职业认同对辅导员专业化发展的重要意义以及新时期高校辅导员职业认同感较低的原因,提出了专业化培养、职业化发展等增强高校辅导员职业认同感的有效途径。 Career identity is the mental basement of the development of the instructorg career. The reason why the feeling on career identity of the instructors weights less than other things and the significant influence imposed by career identity on the specialization development of the instructors are both analyzed in this dissertation. Moreover, the efficient method improving the career identity of the instructors is also raised in this dissertation, which is the education towards specialization and the development about career.
