In fact, it asks that training in the colleges should be clone as follows： to be close to characters of high technology war in content; on military training aims, to cultivate college students＇ military psychology diathesis that is seasoned with environments at high technology wars; at bringing up notion of college students, to make sure that the difference between battlefront and base in the future war are disappearing; for college students＂ ideal, to actively induct them to be indulged to national defense building and to make use of their intelligence and aptitude in the area of science and technology of national defense.
