铸铁上电刷镀Ni-P合金工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了摆线泵泵体(灰铸铁材料制造)磨损后,刷镀Ni-P合金修复工艺。用硬脂酸锌封孔预处理,采用高堆积碱性镀铜刷镀过渡层,工作层采用电刷镀Ni-P合金,工艺条件为:温度60~70℃,pH 3.0,工作电压10~14 V。实验结果表明,该工艺解决了HT200灰铸铁材料刷镀层结合强度低、易起泡脱落等问题。 The technology of Ni-P alloy electro-brush plating for repairing the cycloid pump body which was manufactured with gray cast iron and worn was studied. The thin bore of the cycloid pump body was filled by stearic zinc [ (C17H35COO)2Zn] before brushing. Alkali copper was brushed as the transitionlayer. And then Ni-P alloy was brushed as the work layer. The processing parameters were limited as that the temperature was 60 - 70℃, the pH value was 3.0, working voltage was 10 - 14 V. The result indicated that the new technology could strengthen the bonding strength between the coating and gray cast iron, avoid the coating spalling due to bubbling.
