桩核加烤瓷冠技术在牙体大面积缺损修复中的应用(附81例疗效分析)

Clinical effect of post and crown technique practice in the repair of big dentin defect: a report of 81 cases

目的：观察桩核加烤瓷冠技术在牙体大面积缺损修复中的峙6i床应用疗效。方法：临床为69例患者81个牙体大面积缺损的患牙行桩核加烤瓷冠修复术，观察1～2年，计算成功率和失败率。结果：81个烤瓷冠中80个取得满意的临床效果，成功率为98．76％。失败1例，失败率为1．25％。结论：桩核加烤瓷冠技术在牙体大面积缺损修复中翰晦床应用是成熟成功的，挽救了许多以前要拔除的牙体大面积缺损的患牙，临床应用很有价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of post and crown technique practice for big dentin defect. Method Total 81 porcelain fused to metal （PFM） crown were performed on 69 patients with big dentin defect and was followed up for 1 -2 years, the rates of success and failure were calculated. Results For 80 PFM crowns were satisfied, the rate of success was 98.76%, and the amount of failure was 1 crowns, the rate was 1.25%. Conclusion The clinical practice of post and crown technique in big dentin defect is mature and successful, has saved many big dentin defects which are extracted before, it is valuable in clinic.
