摘要
受转炉炼钢工艺条件的限制,在吹炼周期内的转炉余热锅炉汽包水位会发生大幅度波动,这直接给余热锅炉的安全运行及蒸汽的回收利用带来了较大的影响。着重分析了转炉余热锅炉汽包水位在吹炼周期内的变化情况,探讨了汽包给水控制的方式。
Intensive fluctuation occurred in steam drum water level ot converter waste heat boiler during blowing period due to limit of steelmaking conditions of converter, resulting in great effects on safety running of the boiler and recovery and utilization of steam. Variation status of the steam drum water level of the boiler during blowing period was analyzed. Water supply control modes of the steam drum were discussed.
