摘要
沙钢集团热电厂4#机组小修后开机,2#瓦产生振动且随着转速的上升及负荷的增加不断增大,机组不能正常运行。针对这一情况,对导致振动的原因进行了逐一分析,并采取了相应的处理措施,使机组稳定运行。
No.4 steam turbine unit of the Heat Power Plant of Jiangsu Shagang Group started after its current repair. No.2 tile vibrated and its vibration increased as rotating speed and load increased, leading to abnormal running of the unit. For this reason, the causes were analyzed and relevant measures were adopted. The unit ran stably.
