摘要 超滤加反渗透的脱盐工艺已经逐步应用于钢铁企业工业污水的深度处理,为企业减少新水消耗开辟了新途径。如果能在超滤环节进一步降低水中COD和油的含量,对于反渗透系统的正常运行将至关重要。全通量陶瓷膜具有适合的机械强度、高渗透通量,对理想的渗透组分具有选择性。就全通量陶瓷膜在国内钢铁企业全厂工业污水深度脱盐处理中作为超滤的应用前景做了初步的分析和探讨,可作为实际工程的参考。 The desalination technology of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis has been gradually used in deep treatment of industrial sewage from iron and steel enterprises, which opens up a new way to reduce fresh water consumption of the enterprises. It is very important for normal running of the reverse osmosis system that if COD and oil content in water can be further reduced in the ultrafiltration stage. Full flux ceramics membrane has the advantages of proper mechanical strength, high permeation flux and selectivity for ideal permeation component. The application prospects of the full flux ceramics membrane used as ultrafiltration membrane in deep desalination treatment and steel enterprises are analyzed and discussed. It of the industrial sewage of domestic iron gives a reference to actual engineering.
