摘要
介绍了步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却系统中的步进装置采用立式结构的技术方案,论述了立式结构的具体形式、旋转式球形接头的运行轨迹和受力分析,并通过试验对理论研究进行了验证,为在国内冶金行业大型步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却系统步进装置采用立式结构提供了理论上的保证。
The technical scheme of vertical stepping device used in the evaporative cooling system of a walking beam heating-furnace was presented. Types of the vertical structure, running track of rotary spherical joint and stress status were discussed. The theoretical research was verified by experiments. It provided a theoretical proof for adoption of vertical structure in stepping device for the evaporative cooling system of large walking beam heating-furnace of the domestic metallurgical industry.
