黏附分子CD146在健康人外周血细胞中的表达 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨黏附分子CD146在健康人外周血细胞中的表达。方法用流式细胞术检测50例健康人外周血细胞中CD146的表达。结果健康人外周血白细胞中,中性粒细胞CD146的表达率为(2.87±1.17)%,单核细胞的表达率为(2.13±0.69)%,淋巴细胞的表达率为(2.08±0.70)%;淋巴细胞亚群中,CD146在CD19+B淋巴细胞的表达率为(0.67±0.46)%,CD3+T淋巴细胞表达率为(1.27±0.45)%,CD3+CD4+T淋巴细胞的表达率为(0.76±0.25)%,CD3+CD8+T淋巴细胞的表达率为(0.43±0.30)%,CD16+CD56+NK细胞的表达率为(0.11±0.08)%;健康人外周血中CD45-CD146+细胞占白细胞的百分比为(0.049±0.031)%,绝对数为(2.42±1.33)个/μl。结论外周血CD45-细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞及淋巴细胞各亚群中均有CD146的表达。
