摘要
目的探讨咳喘平合剂对实验动物的镇咳平喘化痰方面的作用。方法应用17.5%枸橼酸气雾、2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组织胺混合液雾化,分别制作豚鼠咳嗽和哮喘模型,比较生理盐水组、咳喘平组和联邦止咳露组各组咳嗽潜伏期的差异性以及生理盐水组、咳喘平组和氨茶碱各组发生哮喘倒下时间的差异性;应用给小鼠腹腔注射0.05%酚红溶液的方法,比较生理盐水组、咳喘平组和羧甲司坦化痰片组各组OD值的差异性。结果咳喘平组豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期和哮喘潜伏期明显延长,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与联邦止咳露组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);咳喘平组小鼠的OD值明显增加,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论咳喘平合剂有明显的镇咳、平喘、化痰作用。
Objective It is to approach the effect of Kechuanping mist on relieving cough, gasp release, dissipate phlegm in expermintal anaimals. Methods The cough and asthma cavy models were made by using 17.5 % citric acid gas,2 % acetylcholine chloride and 0.1% atomized mixed liquor histamine phosphate, and treated a series groups of caugh model and cavy model with physiological saline, Kechuanping, Anticol and physiological saline, Kechuanping, aminophylline respectively, then difference of cough latent periods and asthma latent periods were calculated and OD difference of physiological saline group, Kechuanping group and carboxymethyleysteine group were measured through peritoneal injected of 0.05 % phenolsulfonphthalein into mice. Results The cough latent period and gasp latent period of Kechuanping group were extended, and the difference was significant when compared Kechuanping group with physiological saline group (P 〈 0.01 ), while it's not significant when compared Kechuanping group with Anficol group (P〉0.05). OD value of Kechuanping group had a significant difference when compared with physiological saline group. Conclusion Kechuanping mist has an effective action on relieving cough, gasp release and dissipate phlegm.
