α-溴-ω-(4-溴甲基苯氧基)烷烃的合成

摘要 通过对甲苯酚钠盐和过量α,ω-二溴代烷烃的亲核取代反应,合成得到α-溴-ω-(4-甲基苯氧基)烷烃,然后再与N-溴代丁二酰亚胺进行自由基取代反应,合成得到一系列的标题化合物,并通过元素分析、NMRI、R等方法对目标化合物的结构进行确定。 A series of α-bromo-ω-( 4-methylphenoxyl ) alkanes were synthesized by the reaction of sodium p-cresoxide with excessive α, ω-dibromoalkancs, followed by reacting with N-bromo- succinimide to give α-bromo-ω-( 4-bromomethylenephenoxyl ) alkanes. All these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy.
