4-羟基香豆素Schiff碱的合成及其抑菌活性 被引量:11

摘要 以4-羟基香豆素为原料,通过硝化、还原等反应,得到3-氨基-4-羟基香豆素,再与一系列的芳香醛缩合得到了一系列未见报道含香豆素环的Schiff碱类衍生物,其结构IR1、HNMR和元素分析确认。抑菌活性测试表明它们具有比较好的抑菌能力。 3-Amino-4-hydroxycoumarin was synthesized from 4- hydroxycoumarin through nitration and reduction reactions, followed by condensation of 3-amino-4-hydroxyeoumarin with a series of aromatic aldehydes to yield the corresponding new Schiff base. The structure of the target products was characterized by elementary analysis, ^1HNMR and IR.Tests showed that all of them had antibacterial activities.
