摘要
基于草甘膦铵盐与Fe3+可生成稳定配合物,该配合物可进一步与孔雀石绿形成三元缔合物,此缔合物易溶于异辛醇等有机溶剂,据此建立了微波辅助萃取法对草甘膦生产废水中的草甘膦铵盐分离富集的方法。考察了pH、萃取时间、有机溶剂、螯合剂及其用量以及捕捉剂及其用量等因素对草甘膦铵盐萃取效果的影响。结果表明,利用微波辅助萃取,草甘膦生产废水中的草甘膦铵盐的萃取率可高达93.4%,完全满足工业化要求。
Ammonium glyphosate can react with Fe^3 + and malachite green to form a ternary-association compound which is insoluble in water,but can be dissolved in organic solvent suchas iso-octanol. Based on this fact, a new microwave-assisted extraction is introduced for the separation and enrichment of ammonium glyphosate contained in the gtyphosate wastewater. The influence of the kinds and dosage of chelator and capture agent, the pH of the solution,the extraction time, and the kind of solvents on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the extraction rate of microwave-assisted extraction was up to 93.4% and it could meet the requirements for commercialization.
