The Analysis of Present Situation on Open Access in Our Country——Based on Document Statistic Position

本文在对CNKI的中国期刊全文数据库和中国重要会议全文数据库中近五年来关于开放存取的研究论文进行统计分析的基础之上,对我国开放存取发展现状做出了客观公正地评价,指出存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了发展建议。

In this paper, the author statistically analyses the papers about open access in Chinese Journal Full -Text Database and Chinese Important Conference Full - Text Database of CNKI in recent five years, evaluates present situation on open access in our country objectively and fairly, points out the exist problem and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
