To Study on Conflicts between Items of WTO and Supporting Way of Chinese Government for Scientific and Technological Activities

通过分析政府在科技活动的重要作用,讨论政府支持科技活动的主要方式;接着根据WTO有关条款,具体从税收政策、国家科技计划、技术创新支持政策等方面,分析政府的这一系列支持方式是否与这些条款相冲突,并提出相关建议。

The paper begins with the classification of the Scientific and Technological activities, indicates the importance that the government plays in it and introduces the chief methods that the government often adopts to supporting these activities; Then this article analyzes if there is any conflict between the policies the government takes and the items of WTO, which follows some suggestions.
