摘要 通过对原有的PEF-250复摆颚式破碎机进行改进设计,在设计中对颚式破碎机的几个关键零件进行了价值分析(VA),使每台颚式破碎机的重量减少了820公斤,生产成本节约4000元左右,而颚式破碎机的各项技术指标均优于原机。其每次处理物料量增加了33%,单位铜耗减少28﹪,单位电耗下降40﹪,为本企业破碎机产品在市场中取胜创造了良好的条件,也为社会取得了较好的经济效益。 The author through carries on the improvement design to the original PEF-250 duplicate pendulum jaw type breaker, has carried on the value analysis in the design to jaw type breaker's several crucial elements, caused each jaw type breaker's weight to reduce 820 kilograms, the production cost saved about 4000 Yuan, but the jaw type breaker's each technical specification surpassed original machine. It each time processed the material quantity to increase 33%, the unit copper loss reduced 28%, the unit electricity consumed drops 40%, won for this enterprise breaker product in the market has created the good condition, also has obtained the good economic efficiency for the society.
