卡马西平对大鼠海马神经元形态的影响

摘要 目的观察治疗剂量卡马西平对SD大鼠海马神经元形态的影响。方法将成年雌性SD大鼠24只随机分为对照组与实验组(1周组、1月组及3月组),每组6只,对照组灌服等量蒸馏水,实验组治疗剂量卡马西平(20mg/kg×6.25)每24h单次灌胃给药后,于不同时间点经心脏灌注,取脑;尼氏组织化学染色法观察神经元的形态。结果1周组海马区神经元的形态变化不明显(P>0.05),3月组神经元细胞水肿和空泡变性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗剂量的卡马西平对海马区神经元形态的影响具有时间依赖性,即随时间延长形态变化明显。 Objective To observe the effects of carbamazepine on neuronal morphology in hippocampus of Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods 24 rats were divided into two groups randomly. The rats of experimental group (1 week, 1 month and 3 months group, each with 6 rats) were treated with carbamazepine by stomach lavaging every 24 h followed by heart infusion, while the rats of control group were given equal volume of distilled water. Brain tissues were taken and neuronal morphology changes were observed with Nissle histochemical staining. Results Compared to the control group, neuronal ceils were characterized by considerable swelling, and the empty vacuolar structures appeared in the cytoplasm after 3 months of carbamazepine administration. Conclusion The changes of neuronal morphology induced by carbamazepine are time-dependent.
