The development situation of ＂gangue for coal＂ in our country is briefly introduced. The equipments arrangement and cut- and - fill craft are discussed, aiming to transporting gangues to fill coal face with the self- advancing unloading belt - conveyor in the high grade qeneral machine mining. A new model is provided for realizing no pollution mining.
