摘要
潘北矿副井主动采用"S"孔地面预注浆与冻结造孔同时施工方法,实现了两者的完全平行作业,注浆后井筒实际涌水量为0.15 m3/h,堵水率为99.8%;满意的注浆效果为井筒基岩段快速掘进施工提供了可靠的保证。井筒掘进选用先进的掘进设备、合理的爆破参数,爆破效率达93%,结合工程实际提出了预防拒爆的主要方法。
The paralleling construction method of S hole ground pre - grouting and freezing hole boring was adopted in the auxiliary shaft of Panbei Mine. The actual outflow of the shaft was 0.15 m^3/h, and the water cut - off rate was up to 99.8 % after ground pre - grouting. Satisfying grouting effect provided reliable guarantee for rapid excavation construction in bedrock section of the auxiliary shaft. The advanced excavation equipmerit and the reasonable blasting parameters were chosen, and blasting efficiency was up to 93 %. Finally, combining with the practice, some main methods for preventing misfire were proposed.
