摘要
目的探讨远视性屈光参差性弱视患者眼轴长度(AXL)、视盘面积(DA)及眼轴(AXL)/视盘面积(DA)比。方法选择2006年1月至2007年1月来我院门诊就诊的单眼远视性屈光参差性弱视患儿28例及同期正常儿童20名为研究对象,分为正常儿童组(组1),40眼,远视性屈光参差性弱视眼的对侧眼组(组2),28眼,远视性屈光参差性弱视眼组(组3),28眼,行AXL测量和眼底照相及DA测量。计算AXL/DA比并进行比较。结果组1 AXL为(22.4±1.0)mm,DA为(2.8±0.6)mm2,AXL/DA为(9.2±2.3)mm-1;组2 AXL为(21.6±1.1)mm,DA为(2.1±0.4)mm2,AXL/DA为(10.2±3.6)mm-1;组3 AXL为(21.0±1.1)mm,DA为(1.4±0.4)mm2,AXL/DA为(15.7±4.0)mm-1。组2与组1相比AXL缩短、DA缩小、AXL/DA比增大(P<0.05)。组3与组2相比AXL缩短、DA缩小、AXL/DA比增大(P<0.05)。组3与组1相比AXL缩短、DA缩小、AXL/DA比增大,(P<0.01)。结论远视屈光参差性弱视患者中AXL/DA比增大,AXL缩短,DA缩小可能是解释视功能受损的一个重要因素。
Objective To investigate the axial length(AXL)/disc area(DA) in hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia,the axial length(AXL) and disc area(DA) in subjects with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia was evaluated.Methods Twenty-eight children with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia and twenty normal children from department of ophthalmology of our hospital from January in 2006 to January in 2007 were divided into the group of normal child(A group),40 eyes,the group of fellow eyes of hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia(B group),28 eyes,the group of hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia eye(C group),28 eyes.The AXL and DA of all children were measured,the AXL/DA was calculated and compared.Results The AXL of A group was(22.4±1.0)mm,the DA was(2.8±0.6)mm2,the AXL/DA was(9.2±2.3)mm-1.The AXL of B group was(21.6±1.1)mm,the DA was(2.1±0.4)mm2,the AXL/DA was(10.2±3.6)mm-1.The AXL of C groupwas(21.0±1.1)mm,the DA was(1.4±0.4)mm2,the AXL/DA was(15.7±4.0)mm-1.The AXL and DA were smaller and AXL/DA ratio was bigger in B group than those of A group(P〈0.05).The AXL and DA were smaller and AXL/DA ratio was bigger in C group than those of group B(P〈0.05).The AXL and DA were smaller and AXL/DA ratio was bigger in C group than those of A group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Reduced optic disc area and axial length may be factors in the explanation of impaired visual functions found in patients with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia.
