IPTV服务质量的分析和监控研究

IPTV Service Quality Analysis and Monitoring

针对目前IPTV运营管理中缺乏对业务的分析监控,传统服务质量分析的局限性,以及故障排除方法被动、单一等问题,提出了一套IPTV服务质量分析系统。该系统能够实现对IPTV网络和运营的有效分析和监控,全面地反映业务的服务质量,准确诊断故障,对将要发生的问题提前预警。最后给出了该系统在实验室环境下的测试结果。

There exist some issues in IPTV management, such as, ignoring the operation monitor, limitation of the traditional method of service quality analysis, and unskillful trouble location method. An IPTV service quality analysis system was designed to solve these problems. The established system is able to monitor the IP＇FV operation effectively and reflect the quality of IPTV service comprehensively. It can also locate troubles and provide early warnings to some problems. The simulated experiment results were presented in the laboratory environment.
