集装箱堆场监控与无线作业系统的设计与实现

摘要 根据某港口集装箱码头生产业务的实际需求,为了实现堆场机械无线终端设备与企业有线网络的实时通信和现场作业的准确、动态和实时控制,建立高效优化的作业模型,提高码头作业效率,设计了一套基于VC和TEKLOG IX公司无线设备的码头集装箱堆场监控与无线作业系统;阐述了该系统的硬件结构、软件平台;分析了设计过程中关键技术的实现方法。系统投入应用后表明,该系统具有界面友好、操作方便灵活、运行可靠和易于扩展等特点,且取得了良好的生产效率和经济效益。 According to the production requirement of a container port, a supervisory control and Wireless Work System based on VC and the Wireless equipment of the TEKLOGIX Corporation was designed to achieve real - time communication between the wireless terminal equipment on machinery in storage yard and enterprise's cable network as well as the accurate, dynamic, real- time control ofoperation. A highly efficient optimized operating model was established to increase the efficiency of port operations. The hardware and software structure of the system were expounded, and the key technique in the designing process was analyzed. The experiment results show that this system has a friendly interface. In addition, it is easy to operate and liable to expand. Better production efficiency and economic benefits have been achieved since it was put into practical use.
