摘要
提出了一种新型FRP(树脂基纤维增强复合材料)球形压力容器专用缠绕成型设备,并对其机构控制方案和传动链进行了简要介绍;根据球形压力容器平面缠绕原理确定了轮盘有效直径和连杆有效长度的计算方法;分析了伸臂机构的受力状况并提出了机构在正常工作的条件下相关参数的计算方法;对缠绕过程中扩(缩)孔相应的3个参数的调整进行了讨论。实践证明,该机构结构简单,成本低,易于推广。
A new FRP spherical pressure vessel filament winding machine was proposed. Its mechanical linkage control project and transmission chain were introduced. Based on the principle of plane winding, the calculation methods of the effective diameter of the turntable and the effective length of the link rod were determined. The calculation methods of the pertinent parameters on the condition of its normal operation were presented. The force on the outrigger structure was analyzed. The adjustment methods of three parameters relevant to expand/shrink pole hole were discussed. The experiment results show that the proposed equipment is simple in structure, lower in cost and easy to be popularized.
