The prices of naval equipment are rising these years. The concept of conduction mechanism of naval equipment prices was introduced. The reasons influencing the price changes on naval equipment in the market at home and abroad were analyzed. The price conduction network was built up. By using the model of gray concern to compute and summarize the rule of conduction, the method to control the naval equipment price was provided, which is helpful to prevent and control the equipment price risk and to improve the quality and efficiency of price risk management of war industry.
