摘要 探讨了合作知识创新中的跨组织资源共享,采用博弈论方法,分别用主从博弈决策模型和协同合作决策模型方法,研究了一个领导组织和一个从属组织之间的合作情况,求出了知识创新投入的均衡值、领导组织的参与率、跟随者的参与率、各自期望收益以及创新的总体期望收益,并比较了两种博弈形式下各组织的收益和整体收益。结果表明在知识合作创新中,参与者之间的协同合作不仅可以使整体利润最优,而且还能形成双赢的局面,利润共享,激励双方投资,以获得最大利润。采用Rub inste in讨价还价模型来分析系统剩余利润的分配问题,并获得了最优的可行帕累托有效合作新产品研发方案,最后给出算例。 The sharing of resources in inter - organizational collaborative knowledge creation was explored . The collaboration of one leader and one follower was studied by Stackelberg decision model and cooperative decision model by using game theories. The equilibrium values of current efforts in knowledge creation and the leader and follower's resource participation rates were found. Their respective expected gain and the total expected gain were also determined. The gain and total gain under different or, ganizations were compared with two different games. The results show that the cooperation between the participators can not only optimize the increase of the total gain, but also can achieve the win - win effect to gain the maximum profit by sharing benefits. By adopting the Rubinstein bargaining model to analyze the distribution problem of profit remained in the system, the best feasible Pareto efficient cooperative new product R&D project was obtained with an example given.
