Research Advances of New Processing Technologies for Litchi Fruit

荔枝是我国南方的一种特产名果,是我国在国际市场上最有竞争力的水果之一。本文综述了荔枝果实加工现状和新技术,展望了荔枝果实加工产品的发展前景,旨在为荔枝果实加工新产品的开发和荔枝加工业的发展提供参考。

Litchi（Litchi chinensis Sonn.）is a kind of special and famous fruit in South China, and it is one of the most competitive fruits of China in the international market. The current situation and new technologies of litchi fruit processing are comprehensively introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the prospects of development of processing products of litchi fruit were also predicted. The objective of this paper was to provide the references for exploiting new processing products of litchi fruit, and the development of litchi processing industry.
