摘要
对华能德州电厂5号、6号锅炉拆除部分卫燃带后再热汽温偏低的原因进行了分析,并提出了考虑炉膛几何形状对炉内传热影响的热力计算方法,同时制定了解决再热汽温偏低的2个改造方案.通过分析和比较,选择方案2对6号炉进行了改造,经实际运行表明:改造后的现场测量值与理论计算值一致,达到了预期的目的.
Causes of low reheat steam temperature of No. 5 and No. 6 boilers of Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant after removing part of the ignition belts were analyzed. A thermal calculating method was proposed, which considered the effects of furnace geometric shape on heat transfer in the furnaee. Meanwhile two retrofit schemes to solve the problem of low reheat steam temperature were put forward. After analysis and comparison, No. 2 scheme was selected and used in the retrofit of No. 6 boiler. Practical operation shows that the measured values at site agree well with the calculated values, and the desired result is achieved.
