摘要 根据锅炉运行数据,对景德镇475 t/h循环流化床锅炉在启动过程中屏式过热器超温的原因进行了分析,得出其超温的原因主要是:①炉膛水冷壁的传热特性差;②锅炉运行参数严重偏离设计参数;③锅炉转向室的吸热比设计值高.同时,提出将部分过热屏改造成水冷屏的改进措施,经实际运行表明:改造后低温屏的温度有所降低,该方案基本上达到了预期效果. The causes of panel superheater overheating during the start-up of the 475 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Jingdezhen Power Plant are analyzed according to the operational data. It is concluded that the principal causes of overheating are bad heat-transfer performance of furnace water-wall, deviation of operational parameters from design parameters as well as high heat-absorbing amount of boiler reversing chamber compared with the design value. Meanwhile the retrofit countermeasure is presented, which replaces part of the superheated panels by water-cooled panels. The practical operation shows that the temperature of low temperature panel decreases after retrofit, which indicate that the desired result is achieved.
