中部崛起战略下湖北科技的现状与发展分析

Current Situation and Development of Science & Technology in Hubei Province under Pising Strategy in Central Region

在中部崛起战略背景下,作为战略支点的湖北,其科技发展具有重大意义。建立了科技实力评价指标体系,通过网络分析法确定各指标权重,并引入科技实力指数增长率的概念对湖北科技实力及发展状况进行评价,同时与中部各省及科技发展较好的北京进行比较,提出了湖北科技发展的政策建议。

As the strategy fulcrum of ＂Central Rise＂, the science and technology development of Hubei Province has great importance. The evaluation index system is built, the index weights are obtained by analytic network process and the concept of the strength of science and teehnology exponent growth rate is introduced in this paper. The strength and current deyelopment of science and technology in Hubei are appraised, and policy suggestions are proposed by comparison between 6 Provinces in central China and Beijing.
