摘要
基于企业竞争优势的组织学习包括研发、技术引进、设备引进和员工培训等,分建立新的竞争优势和增进已有竞争优势两种情况,分析组织学习的成本构成,从而了解学习成本对竞争优势的建立和持续所产生的影响。
The learning cost based on the competitive advantage includes R&D, technology introduction, equipment introduction and employees training. The formation of learning cost has two circumstances, creating the new competitive advantage and amplifying the existence competitive advantage. This paper analyses the comporing of the cost of organizational learning, and realizes the influence that the cost to the competitive advantage's establishment and continuance.
