摘要
从对高校辅导员绩效评估的认识出发,在阐述和谐管理理论、分析高校辅导员自身特殊性的和谐管理诉求的基础上,引入了和谐管理的理念来指导高校辅导员绩效评估,探讨了和谐管理理论下高校辅导员绩效评估的和谐构建。
