摘要
人力资源已成为决定企业目标的第一要素,实施人力资源管理战略获取竞争优势已越来越受到企业的重视。阐述了战略性人力资源管理的内涵,结合相关企业案例对人力资源管理战略实践进行了深入分析,以期对企业的人力资源管理战略提供理论与实践指导。
Human resource has been the most important factor which decides the organizational objective. Enterprises pay more and more attention to how to gain competitive advantage by using strategic human resource management. In order to give useful theoretical and practical instruction to human resource management strategy, this paper introduces the connotation and type of strategic human resource management and deeply analyzes the practices of strategic human resource management.
