摘要
提出一种太阳模拟器光谱校正滤光膜的设计方法:通常的太阳模拟器利用高压脉冲氙灯模拟太阳光,但脉冲氙灯的线谱较强。该文用 Macleod 薄膜设计软件对所需膜系进行理论设计与分析,给出理想膜系的理论滤光结果,并进行实际镀制,用八棱柱管代替圆柱管做基片以降低成本,实测结果表明模拟效果很好,达到 A 级太阳模拟器标准。
A design method of the filter film of solar simulator spectral calibration was presented: high voltage pulse Xe lamp was used to simulated solar spectrum as usual solar simulator, but the linear spectrum of the pulse Xe lamp were very strong. The film layers what needed were designed and analyzed on theory using the software of Macleod. The theoretical result through ideal film was offered. The film had been plated practically. The substrate of column pipe was instead of ling-eight pipe in order to reduce the cost. The practical measured result indicated the simulation was good and accord with the class A solar simulator standard.
