摘要
回顾公司多元化制度理论发现,单纯在理论上很难判断单一业务、相关多元化和不相关多元化哪种战略更优越,新兴经济和转型经济中对公司多元化的实证研究存在大量混合证据。为了解释这个谜团,提出更微观层面的研究视角,有可能在一定程度上解释经验研究中的差异,进一步完善多元化的制度理论。
This paper introduces the new development of institutional theories on corporate diversification, and points out many conflicting results in the empirical studies for the new economy and institutional transition. In order to explain this problem, it comes up with a new angle to probe into this study area in hope for improving the institution theories.
