摘要
游客满意度是旅游景区之间竞争的焦点,对其应有科学、合理的评价方法。利用灰色系统理论对信息不完全确知的小样本系统分析的优势,可以对旅游景区满意度进行评价分析,这样就能了解到旅游景区游客满意度的影响因素与评价体系问题。
The competition in the tourist areas mainly focuses on tourist satisfaction degree, which needs a scientific and reasonable evaluation method. This paper analyzes the tourist satisfaction with the tourist areas by applying the gray correlation theory. It also discusses the affecting factors and evaluating system on tourist satisfaction degree.
