对发动机气缸套、活塞环拉缸故障的原因进行了分析,简述了氮化气缸套的结构、性能以及工艺过程,论述了气缸套、活塞环静态开口间隙的计算方法。
The paper analyses the reasons for scoring of cylinder-bushing and piston-ring. It expounds simply the structure, performance and process of nitriding cylinder-bushing and the calculation method to static opening clearance of cylinder-bushing and piston-ring.
