摘要
本文通过对国内外制造的SUPER304H实物成分的分析,结合其合金元素的强化机理作用,对制管过程的热处理、冷加工变形量、喷丸等关键工艺进行了分析和阐述。
The components of the SUPER304H tubes both made in China and overseas are analyzed. Combining with the strengthening mechanism of the alloying elements, the key producing processes such as the solution treatment, the deformation caused by cold working and shot peening are described.
